National Movement

Look how we've grown!

The Decoding Dyslexia movement began in 2011 when nine New Jersey parents banded together during the train ride home from a learning disabilities event in New York City.  Decoding Dyslexia New Jersey was formed, and with their success and growing interest from other states, the New Jersey group developed a guide for other states.  Now, in 2016, there are Decoding Dyslexia chapters in all 50 states, plus several Canadian provinces!  Check out the Decoding Dyslexia national web site which includes a link to each state’s movement.
